War is announced between the Republic of Italy Vs the Papal States,
Duce of Fascism Benito In Italy has decided that Papal States must be stopped at all prices for an under ground operation that the Secret Armed Forces of the Papal states have been carrying, An Attempt Assassination of The Duce.
