TREATY OF PARIS - RESOLUTION ACT I
Moderated by the European Confederacy.
Members of the Meeting:
Papal States
Acruan
Orennana
Pro-French Forces
The Treaty of Paris between the Pro-French forces and the European Confederacy and Papal States Goverment.
The Pope will resign hes job over head of state and will have the earn the rank of "Pope" which grants high status inside the goverment.
The Pro-French forces will stop marching and attacking Papal Forces .
The Flag of the Papal States will change to the Flag of the United French Forces.
All Treaties will be respected.
Papal States will transform to a Democratic State ruled by a Prime Minister and a cabinet.
The Papal Parliament will be introduced into the Papal States.
Political Parties will be officialy legal to get elected to any govermental job.
The New Prime Minister for the Papal States will be Aeric Axelle.
The Free choice of Religion ACT will be establish.
The Papal States will Remain In the name of the Papal States but will be nick named "France"
The New-Goverment will have enabling act of allowing workers to only work a maximum of 8 hours.
Ideals of Democracy and anti-censorship and Liberal will be introduced to the Papal States
The Papal states will be in the category of Liberals inside the EC
