Thoughts from a vexillophile (flag-lover): Generally, text on flags is discouraged, as it would read backwards from the other side, and creating a two-sided flag is both costly and means the flag will be heavier, thus requiring a stronger wind to fly. I like the idea of having something on there to do with the region name though - maybe have a W above the globe and an N below? That way it doesn't make too much difference when seen from the other side. (I my be getting a little too into this - feel free to ignore my suggestion) The other point I'd make is that the region is based in real-world Europe, so maybe rotate the globe a bit?

I don't quiet want or like that the region is only based off the Europe, i think we should add most of the world onto the map.

Lol, but since the region map is entirely in Europe I think we should at least include it - maybe do something similar to the UN, with the world flattened out so you can see all the continents?
